RACHEL REICHNER
Pregnancy, Birth & Loss

Hi, I'm Rachel. 🤍
I’ve spent nearly twenty years walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, postpartum, healing, and everything in between.
My work isn’t just something I do—it’s the thread that has woven through my entire life.
I bring both professional training and deep empathy, lovingly shaped by lived experiences of complicated births and loss.
When I was sixteen
I sat with my father as he passed away.
In that moment, something settled deep inside me.
Birth and death felt like two sides of the same doorway. I knew I wanted to stand at the birth door. Within months, I began apprenticing with midwives, and just three months later I attended my first birth.
It changed the course of my life.
It wasn't the beginning—it was the moment everything came into focus. As a young girl I was always asking women to tell me their birth stories. Even before I had language for it, I understood something deeply true:
Our stories matter. Our bodies matter. And healing is possible.
Fast forward two decades later:
Aliya, marriage, 3 beautiful boys, countless births, trainings and certifications*.
But more than any certification, the women I've walked alongside have been my greatest teachers.
Whether we're working together through birth preparation, miscarriage support, body literacy, or birth processing, my goal is always the same:
That you feel more informed, more empowered, more connected to your body, and more deeply seen.
Because every woman deserves that.

*I have trained as a doula in the USA and Israel, studied with homebirth midwives, herbalists, trained in birth and pregnancy loss processing and am a BRM (Body Ready Method) certified practitioner & MFA.

From the moment Rachel came on board, I felt her presence and was led by her guidance. She was completely committed to the process and was involved in every step. With Rachel's calming essence and confidence I never felt alone or out of control. She was in all regards truly with us every step of the way. I'm so thankful that she was on this journey with us.
