Ways to Work Together

Finding the Right Doorway

Birth Trauma Coaching: Making Sense of Birth

Birth can stay with us in ways we don’t expect.

Sometimes it shows up quietly—in the way you parent, in your relationships, in intimacy, in your body. And sometimes it’s louder than that—something keeps pulling you back to it, even when you try to move on.

This is a space to come back to your experience, not to relive it, but to begin making sense of it with support.

We slow things down using somatic work, parts work (IFS-informed), writing, and reflective cards.

Over time, what felt heavy can begin to soften—so you can begin to move forward feeling more whole, and ready for what comes next.

Pregnancy Loss Support: You are not alone.

Pregnancy loss happens in 1 in 4 pregnancies, and yet when it’s happening to you, it can feel devastating and deeply isolating.

Online sessions offer real-time support during miscarriage, emotional processing before, during, and after loss, and personalized ways to begin making sense of what you’re going through.

Birth Education: That works in real life

This isn’t about memorizing facts—it’s about understanding what’s happening in your body so you can move through birth with clarity rather than fear. When you understand the physiology of labor, birth becomes something you participate in, not something that simply happens to you.

We’ll cover what to expect in labor, how to work with contractions, your options along the way, and how to make decisions as things unfold.

For first-time mothers and those who’ve been here before

Body Literacy: The key to understanding your body

We were never taught how our bodies actually work—the intricacies of our anatomy, the wisdom of our cycles, or the many ways our bodies communicate with us.

This course brings together clear, up-to-date, body-informed education that helps things finally start to make sense. Your anatomy, your symptoms, and your experiences are no longer random pieces—they begin to form a bigger picture.

Understanding your body can open the door to healthier choices, deeper intimacy, and a more connected relationship with yourself.

Applicable to married women of all ages and stages.
